Buying goods or memberships or making a donation

Orders
Orders can be placed online or posted to: Sea Turtle Foundation, PO Box 1190, Townsville, Qld, 4810, Australia

Please note that goods are available only while stocks last. Sea Turtle Foundation will contact you by email if goods are unavailable.

You are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the Sea Turtle Foundation website and order form and for submitting the order form including any internet service provider fees and all telephone call charges.

Shipping
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in Australia from receipt of order. For international orders please allow 4 weeks.

A delivery cost of $5.95 will be applied to each order. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Sea Turtle Foundation to be authorised to receive the goods.

Orders made by overseas supporters will also be charged additional postage.

Please note that orders within Australia are sent via Australian Post. International orders are sent by standard Post unless otherwise requested. Additional charges may apply.

Prices
All website orders must be paid by VISA or MasterCard. The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the supporter. The goods remain the property of Sea Turtle Foundation until full payment is received.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. The GST will be identifiable on your tax invoice.

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Return policy
Please contact us for refunds and returns by phone on (07) 4721 2699 or email info@seaturtlefoundation.org before returning goods.

Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within five (5) working days of receipt of goods.

Purchased goods may be returned unused at your expense with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund (excludes postage and handling). Please include an explanatory note to help us improve the service we offer to supporters in the future.

Donations
Donations of $2 and over are tax deductible. This will be identified on your receipt.

Feedback and Complaints Handling Procedure
