Some research have been done on various topics relating to sea turtle physiology, development, ecology and distribution, but there is so much more to learn. The Sea Turtle Foundation currently have two projects running:

• Green Turtles - Internesting patterns and migration pathways of Green turtles at Raine Island
• Flatback Turtles - Dispersal patterns and swimming behaviour of hatchling Flatback turtles

Many researchers work with sea turtles and we are in the process of compiling a Who’s Who in Australia
