Submission Deadline - Friday 16th of August

If you would like the opportunity to present your work to volunteers and professionals working in the fields of turtle health, medicine and rehabilitation at the 2019 Turtle Health and Rehabilitation Symposium we would love to hear from you.

There will be four sessions spread over 2 days.

There are four themes:

Tuesday 17th of September

  • Morning Session - Clinical Practice (Theme lead by David Blyde - Sea World)
  • Afternoon Session - Rehabilitation (Theme lead by Duan March - Dolphin Marine Rescue/Sea Turtle Foundation)

Wednesday 18th of September

  • Morning Session - Research (Theme lead by Ellen Ariel - Turtle Health Research Facility, James Cook University)
  • Afternoon Session - Collaboration for Turtles (Theme led by Johanna Karam, Sea Turtle Foundation) - this session will include a limited number of presentations as the main focus will be a workshop to develop a plan for increased collaboration into the future)

Each presentation will be allocated 15 minutes.

Provide an outline of your presentation. If there are author/s in addition to the presenter, they can also be listed here
Please select the theme most relevant to you presentation topic. If you would like to give more than one presentation, a separate submission should be made for each presentation.
